

一、论坛简介Forum introduction
杏吧 “青年长安学者论坛”发起于2016年,已成功举办8届。论坛旨在为海内外青年学者搭建沟通交流平台,通过报告、学术交流等方式,围绕学术前沿、学科热点进行讨论和交流,促进海内外优秀青年学者之间的交流与合作,加深对杏吧 的发展战略、学科建设、科学研究、人才队伍建设等方面的了解,感悟“”的长大精神。
The "Young Chang'an Scholars Forum" of Chang'an University was launched in 2016, and has been successfully held for eight sessions. This forum aims to set up a communication platform for young scholars at home and abroad. On one hand, through academic reports and exchanges, the academic frontiers and hot spots can be discussed so as to promote the communication and cooperation between the outstanding young scholars at home and abroad. On the other hand, we hope, through this forum, the strategies of development, discipline construction, scientific research, talent team building of Chang'an university can be well understood and our motto "for great aspiration and moral cultivation, for devoted study and constant innovation" can be better comprehended.
杏吧 第九届“青年长安学者”主论坛将于12月19日-20日在西安举办。
The 9th main forum of "Young Chang'an Scholars" at Chang'an University will be held in Xi’an from December 19 to 20.
二、报名条件Registration requirements
1.政治立场坚定,拥护中国共产党的领导,热爱高等教育事业,爱国守法,廉洁自律,遵守学术规范,恪守职业道德。
With a firm political stand and a support for the leadership of the Communist Party of China, with a passion for higher education, patriotic, law-abiding, honest, self-disciplined, and abiding by academic norms and professional ethics.
2.海内外知名高校、科研机构的博士后、青年学者或应届博士,在本学术领域有较强影响力和竞争力,具有较大发展潜力,自然科学和工程技术领域原则上不超过40周岁,人文社会科学与文化艺术领域原则上不超过45岁。
Postdoctoral researchers, young scholars or fresh doctors from well-known universities and research institutions at home and abroad with strong influence and competitiveness in the academic fields, and with great development potential. In principle, within the age of 40 years for the talents in the fields of natural science and engineering technology, and 45 years for the talents in the field of humanities, social sciences, culture and arts.
三、支持政策Support policies
1.按照相应岗位提供充足的科研支持经费,提供科研工作用房及所需实验条件。协助组建团队。在研究生招生方面予以优先支持。
Provide adequate funding for scientific research according to the corresponding positions. Provide research studios and required experimental conditions. Assist in team building. Provide priority support for graduates enrollment.
2.按照学校“长安学者”和“青年英才”岗位提供具有竞争力的薪酬待遇。
Provide competitive salary according to the "Chang'an Scholar" and "Young Talents" positions of Chang’an University.
3.提供住房和安家费,住房补贴、人才周转公寓等按照学校政策执行。

About CHU
杏吧 直属国家教育部,是国家首批“211工程”重点建设大学、国家“985优势学科创新平台”建设高校、国家“双一流”建设高校。
Chang’an University, or CHU, is a national key university. Under the direct leadership of the Ministry of Education, it is listed under Project 211, Project 985 Innovation Platform, and Double First-Class Project of China.
学校位居历史文化名城西安,坐拥南北两大校区,南倚大雁塔,北邻渭水滨,建有太白山、梁山、渭水三个教学实习基地,校园面积3745亩。
Located in Xi 'an, a well-known historical and cultural city, CHU has two campuses in the north and south with the Wild Goose Pagoda to the south and the Weishui waterfront to the north. It sets up three internship bases in Taibai Mountain, Liangshan Mountain and Weishui. The campus covers an area of 3,745 mu.
学校设有25个杏吧 (系、中心),具备涵盖哲学、经济学、法学、文学、理学、工学、管理学、教育学、农学、艺术学、交叉11个学科门类,贯通学士、硕士、博士教育培养全过程的学位授予体系。
CHU has 25 schools and departments which offer complete and advanced degree programs such as bachelor, postgraduate and PhD in 11 major fields, namely, philosophy, economics, law, literature, science, engineering, management, education, agriculture, art and interdiscipline.
学校现有13个一级学科博士点,4个博士专业学位授权类别,34个一级学科硕士点,21个硕士专业学位授权类别。有9个博士后科研流动站。工程学、地球科学、材料科学、环境科学与生态学、社会科学总论、化学等6个学科进入ESI全球排名前1%。
CHU has 13 first-level disciplines in doctoral level, 4 professional discipline in doctoral level, 34 first-level disciplines in master’s level, 21 professional discipline in master’s level and 9 post-doctoral research centers. Six disciplines such as engineering, earth science, materials science, environmental science and ecology, general social science, chemistry are listed top 1% of ESI.
新时代面向国家重大战略需求,设立了现代交通研究院、秦岭生态环境研究院、黄河研究院、川藏铁路工程研究院、雄安现代产业研究院等一批实体研究院。现有中国科杏吧 、中国工程院、新加坡工程院院士3人,教授、副教授1400余人,博士生导师433人、硕士生导师1113人。拥有承担国家重点研发计划、国家重大工程项目的各类杰出人才逾百人。
Many research institutions are launched in the new era, such as Modern Transportation Research Institute, Qinling Ecological Environment Research Institute, Yellow River Research Institute, Sichuan-Tibet Railway Engineering Research Institute, Hangzhou Future Transportation Research Institute, and Xiong’an Modern Industry Research Institute. CHU has 3 academicians from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Singapore Academy of Engineering. CHU faculty is composed of over 1,400 professors and associate professors, including 433 doctoral supervisors and 1113 master supervisors. More than 100 outstanding professionals have undertaken national key research and development plans, national key research projects.
学校平台条件完善,现有国家级实验教学中心5个(含3个国家级虚拟仿真实验教学中心)、省部级实验教学中心19个(含4个省部级虚拟仿真实验教学中心),有国家工程研究中心2个、国际联合实验室1个、省部级重点研究基地91个,联合共建陕西国家应用数学中心1个。国内高校唯一的“车联网与智能汽车试验场”,被交通运输部认定为全国首批三大“自动驾驶封闭场地测试基地”之一。
CHU has established complete platforms, such as the 5 national experimental teaching centers (including 3 national virtual simulation experiment teaching centers), 19 provincial experimental teaching demonstration centers (including 4 provincial level virtual simulation experiment teaching centers), 2 national engineering laboratories, 1 international joint laboratory, 1 national applied mathematics center, and 91 provincial and ministerial level key research bases. Connected and automated vehicle test field, built exclusively at CHU in domestic universities, is recognized by the Ministry of Transport as one of the country's three national closed field test base of autonomous driving.
学校矢志原始创新,构建“大团队、大平台、大项目、大成果、大服务、大贡献”六位一体科技创新体系,年度科研经费突破9.6亿元,牵头承担国家重点研发计划项目13项、课题42项。近年来获得国家科学技术进步奖一等奖、二等奖23项。年度授权专利1000余项。先后攻克了特殊地区公路建设成套科学技术难题,研发了黄土滑坡及大型崩塌临灾预警系统,解决了地铁建设中的地裂缝风险防治问题。新时代,学校积极布局“智慧+”“绿色+”“大数据+”等学科交叉战略,旨在改造传统、升级产业、赢得未来。
CHU attaches great importance to academic innovation, creating a six-in-one scientific and technological innovation system of “great teams, grand platforms, major projects, fruitful achievements, extensive service, and significant contribution”. The scientific research funding exceeds RMB 960 million annually, and CHU undertakes 13 national key research plans and 42 national key research projects. In recent years, CHU won 23 first and second prizes of the National Science and Technology Progress Award. More than 1,000 patents are authorized each year. CHU has successively overcome the complete set of scientific and technological problems in road construction in special areas, developed a disaster warning system for loess landslides and large-scale collapses, and solved the problem of ground fissure risk prevention in subway construction. In the new era, the university actively deploys interdisciplinary strategies, such as ‘wisdom+’, ‘green+’ and ‘big data+’, aiming to transform and upgrade traditional industry in the future.
学校注重成果推广,科研成果应用于被誉为“国之重器”的港珠澳大桥、全球空港新标杆北京大兴国际机场等超级工程建设,支撑了世界最大跨径的公铁两用斜拉桥沪通长江大桥、世界海拔最高的青藏公路、亚洲最长公路隧道秦岭终南山隧道、第一条沙漠高速公路榆靖高速等诸多有重要国际影响力的世纪工程建设。与数十家世界500强企业建立了深度战略合作关系。
CHU highlights the promotion and application of its scientific research results, applied in marvelous constructions of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, Beijing Daxing International Airport, Hutong Yangtze River Bridge known as the world's largest span cable-stayed bridge, Qinghai-Tibet Highway, the highway with the highest latitude, Qinling-Zhongnanshan Highway Tunnel, the longest tunnel in Asia, and Yujing Expressway, the first expressway in desert area. The university has established in-depth strategic partnerships with dozens of Fortune 500 companies.
